  Awful experience. Rang an order through was told would be 30 mins. Also arranged to collect Chinese from kites next door at the same time.
  
  Arrived on time to collect and kites was ready. Went in to palki to be told they were busy and we'd have to wait....after a further 15 minutes wait and the Chinese going cold as we waited we asked again where the food was to be told it would be started soon!
  
  We had another 5 minutes wait as we argued to try and get a refund so we could just go without the food as it was getting on for 8pm and our 6 year old daughter needed to be fed and put to bed soon.... repeatedly we were told we couldn't have a refund because the manager was out delivering and he needed to give it.
  
  Long and short of it is ....this place is a farce and I'd advise against using it EVER!
